DESCRIPTION
PROCESS OILs
- have the needed sticky property for compound rubber.
- restrain heat during rubber compound processing.
- have anti-aging property.
- have a good dispersibility and softening effect.
- have plasticity for increasing lubricant.
- prevent blooming by being good for physical property of vulcanized rubber
- have good stability against light and heat.
PROPERTIES
- HJ-P OIL
- is a paraffinic oil
- composed of more than 50% of paraffinic hydrocarbon owing to using
a latest refined equipment,
- is suitable for work for light color and white because the tone of
light is clean and it is safe against light & heat.
- can be nearly used to all kind of rubber product such as SBR, BR, EPDM,
natural rubber, etc owing to having better non-pollution and cold-resistance
attribute in comparison with naphthanic, aromatic oil.
- can be used to vulcanized rubber generating little heat.
- HJ-N OIL
- is a naphthenic oil
- can be commonly used to rubber product.
- is suitable for work
- could be used to all kinds of mixture work such as NR, SBR, etc, owing
to Non-pollution,
cold-resistance, and color-stability attribute.
- have good property as softner
- especially, is suitable for mixture work of discolorment product.
- composed of more than 35% of naphthanic hydrocarbon.
- HJ-A OIL
- is aromatic oil
- can be commonly used to rubber product.
- has a good dispersibility and improve physical attribute, when mixed with
a carbon
- composed of more than 35% of naphtanic hydrocarbon oil
- is impossible to apply to a dyeing product owing to pollution and discoloration
- can combine with Extender OIL such as a tire, a belt, a hosepipe, a reclaimed
rubber,
SBR, etc.
