DESCRIPTION

HANWAYOIL HGs

• are specially designed for lubricating slideways of machine tools.
  
• include a specific additive(extreme pressure additive and friction modifers ) to eliminate the risk of stick-slip(jerky movements)
  
• facilitate start-ups and obviate sticking slideways.

HANWAYOIL HG 32, 68 oils are used for machine tools where the slideways are lubricated by oil from the hydraulic circuit.

APPLICATIONS

• are suited to lubricating slideways of machine tools, especially grinding machine.
  
• Lubrication for precision machines by forced flow or splash flow.

PROPERTIES

• possess an additive to modify the friction curve according to the sliding speed thus obtaining
  a static coefficient of friction (at a sliding speed of almost zero) less than the dynamic
  coefficient of friction.
  
• protect sliding mechanisms from any form of corrosion to which they may be exposed.
  (Anti- corrosion properties)
  
• is superior at all kind of lubricating at slideway as well as a vertical movement by having a
  good viscosity.
